A few questions about the Green New Deal

I think the globe is warming and its human’s fault. The most aggressive Congressional document that wants to address Climate Change is the recent Green New Deal. The proposed Resolution creates a framework that includes the following goals to be completed in the next 10 years:
- Achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions
- Create millions of good, high-wage jobs
- Invest in the infrastructure and industry of the United States to sustainably meet the challenges of the 21st century
- Clean air and water
- Promote justice and equity by stopping current, preventing future, and repairing historic oppression to disenfranchised communities
My questions for those who love this deal are as follows:
- How much will this cost?
- Can an aggressive US plan actually stop/reverse climate change?
- Is this technologically feasible?
